How Our Hire Rates Work
Same Day Saver – Hire Rate for any hire that starts and finishes on the same day.
More than one day – All days charged at same day rate until weekly rate applies.
Weekend – Pickup Saturday am and return Monday between 6.00am 7.00am.
– 8 hours use per weekend.
Is this fair – we think so; you have 2 days to do your job and we keep our hire rates fair for those with small jobs – and those who have bigger jobs and need more hours are charged extra for the extra machine wear and tear.
If you have a larger job, it may be more economical to collect Friday afternoon and pay for 2 days – which includes 16 hours use.
NOTE:
Friday pick up anytime and return Monday before 7.00am = 2 x same day (unless we confirm the Friday after 4.00pm pickup with a text; then weekend rate applies).
Week – 7 day week
More than one week – Days over 1 week: 20% of weekly rate (i.e. week rate divided by 5).
Month – calendar month
Hour Metre Items – 8 hours per day/weekend, 40 hours per week, 160 hours per month; extra charges apply

What we need when you pick up the equipment – or we deliver it.
Identification:
Victorian drivers licence so we know who we’re letting take away our machine.
Don’t have a Victorian License? Bring along a friend who does and we’ll hire to them. We do scan your drivers license.
Deposit and Payment
Cash : Sorry, we don’t accept cash.
Visa, Mastercard : The hire charge (minimum 1 day) plus $100.00 which we refund when the machine is returned on time with no damage. And we hold the numbers as a deposit.
Sorry, no Amex or Diners.
EFTPOS card : Sorry, No EFTPOS
Cheques : Sorry. Please don’t take it personally, but we don’t accept cheques.
What happens if there’s a problem when we’re closed?
Just call the branch you hired from and follow the instructions – someone will answer your call and work out a solution.
What is a weekend?
Saturday morning through to Monday morning.
If the machine is available Friday after 4.00 we’re happy for you to pick it up earlier. We open at 6.00 Monday so you can return – but so long as it’s returned by 7.00 the weekend rate will apply.
What’s a “Same Day Saver”?
Pick up and return on the same day. No worrying about special “half day” or “4 hour” rates. Just simple and easy to work out – for you and us.
Summer time special.
Take advantage of daylight saving: pick up after 4.00pm and return by 8.00am next day for same day saver.
What the hire rate includes
Cleaning What will take you an hour with a hose and brush we can do in 10 minutes with our pressure cleaners. So just remove the excess from the wheels and rotors with a spade and we’ll do the rest.
Damage Waiver (reasonable conditions – keep it locked up).
GST (Of course..)
FREE Trailer for easy transport.
FREE Tank of fuel no need to fill up before returning.
And What it Doesn’t…
Late Fees – we allow 1/2 hour grace before excess charges apply.
Speeding Tickets – we know you’ll be excited to get started but don’t break the road rules.
