On some items we require a deposit for us to hold a reservation for you.
Is this fair?
We think so – otherwise (just like Hotels and Airlines) we end up with someone changing their mind, not calling us and we have no way of hiring to another person.
Q. What if I change my mind?
* 48 Hours notice – full refund.
* 24 Hours Notice – move the reservation to another day.
* Less than 24 hours notice – sorry, if we hire to someone else you can move the deposit to a reservation another day. If we don’t, we’re sorry, we’ll keep the deposit.
How will you know if we hire it? Because we’ll contact you. We’ve no need to be dishonest.
