No, best you don’t – all damage to the legs/outriggers is chargeable. And any repair isn’t cheap with the current charge about $5,000.00
So, we’d find another way to do the job.

* Power Lines – our cherry pickers aren’t insulated and MUST NOT be used within 6.4m of street power lines. (Spotters can be used for distances from 3m to 6.4m). Further distances required for electrical towers.
* Soft Ground – proper set up requires “firm and stable” ground. If a leg sinks into muddy or soft ground, at best the machine will stop working, at worst it’ll tip over.
The best advice we can give is:
When you get to site, before you start the job, make a cup of tea, sit down and read the How To Guide… Reading instructions while relaxing after the job is finished is OK for your new toaster. It’s not OK for a cherry picker.
And if you can’t work out why something’s not working – the most common issues are covered in the “How To Guide”. And if that doesn’t work, give us a call – even after hours – and we’ll help.

How Our Hire Rates Work
Same Day Saver – Hire Rate for any hire that starts and finishes on the same day.
More than one day – All days charged at same day rate until weekly rate applies.
Weekend – Pickup Saturday am and return Monday between 6.00am 7.00am.
– 8 hours use per weekend.
Is this fair – we think so; you have 2 days to do your job and we keep our hire rates fair for those with small jobs – and those who have bigger jobs and need more hours are charged extra for the extra machine wear and tear.
If you have a larger job, it may be more economical to collect Friday afternoon and pay for 2 days – which includes 16 hours use.
NOTE:
Friday pick up anytime and return Monday before 7.00am = 2 x same day (unless we confirm the Friday after 4.00pm pickup with a text; then weekend rate applies).
Week – 7 day week
More than one week – Days over 1 week: 20% of weekly rate (i.e. week rate divided by 5).
Month – calendar month
Hour Metre Items – 8 hours per day/weekend, 40 hours per week, 160 hours per month; extra charges apply
